- How are the work duration and associated costs determined? Depending on the scope of works, all related cost and task/timeframe estimates will be supplied as a Quote and Statement of Works respectively
- Are the rates calculated by the hour or are they based on the project? - For once-off tasks, charges are by the hour at a flat rate
- Are there any support hours included as part of post-implementation support? Depending on the type of support requirements, flexible and cost-effective arrangements can be put in place that will suit the business needs.
- For project based work, the rates are based on the scope of works and will be charged as an entire project cost
- Certain amount of support hours (negotiated) can be included as part of ongoing support at a flat monthly rate
- With no ongoing support arrangement, ad-hoc email/phone/hands-on support requirements will be charged on a hourly basis
